KIM: Oh yeah, yeah. Yes.
CLARKSON: You accept the conditions as presented?
KIM: Yes.
CLARKSON: Thank you for that question. Any further questions?
AGUINALDO: Yeah, I have one. As far as the plot plan, it shows existing two-bedroom
dwelling in existing 3 -bedrooms septic system. Is that, you know, on record or—because
normally on a 2 -bedroom system is a different size, but I don't know if they oversized the septic
system?
ANDREWS: That the subject system is a 3 -bedroom?
AGUINALDO: Yeah.
ANDREWS: My understanding is that it typically is 3 -bedroom or 5 -bedroom septic system
approvals.
AGUINALDO: Okay. Okay, that's it.
CLARKSON: I just did have one other question. I noticed that the existing house has a garage.
KIM: Hm-hmm.
CLARKSON: At least on the plot plan. But, you're building a garage. Do you have any plans
for the old garage?
KIM: Oh, it's going to stay a garage. It's just for extra parking if I do have a guest `cause it's
if you leave your car outside if you're on the ocean
CLARKSON: Oh, okay—
KIM: —it's like, you get it
CLARKSON: No, that explains it.
KIM: Yeah.
CLARKSON: Any further questions? Thank you. You may be seated. Is there anyone that
wishes to testify on this application? If not, I'll request a motion for the closing of public
testimony.
AU: I move to close public testimony.
EXHIBIT C
3
