To be recognized, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of tit meeting. Comments should be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, subject to tl 8 discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee. BUSINESS: 1. General Plan Comprehensive Review and Mini Speakout Workshop: Members of the Long Range Planning Division will provide an overview of the draft General Plan Comprehensive Review, its relationship to the North Kohala CDP, and upcoming opportunities for Action Committee participation. Following a brief presentation, attendees will participate in a mini Speakout workshop to explore key sections of the draft in a similar process to the larger public Speakouts scheduled for this August. During the workshop portion of the meeting, the Action Committee as well as attending members of the public will have an opportunity for questions, discussion, and providing feedback on the key sections of the draft being presented. PROPOSED AGENDA FOR NEXT MEETING: Due to the June 17, 2019 special meeting and the upcoming public engagement events in July, August, and September regarding the General Plan Update, the July 15, 2019 Action Committee meeting is cancelled.
