Nahale-a: Mid Pac Petroleum, LLC, dba NOMNOM Express (Kaumana), requests
<br />approval to extend the time issuance of its Retail General liquor license, located at
<br />370 Kaumana Drive, Hilo, Hawaii, for an additional six months, from May 3, 2019,
<br />to and including November 5, 2019.
<br />f. Mid Pac Petroleum, LLC, dba NOMNOM Express (Kaumana),
<br />requests approval to extend the time issuance of its Retail General
<br />liquor license, located at 370 Kaumana Drive, Hilo, Hawaii, for an
<br />additional six months, from May 3, 2019, to and including
<br />November 5, 2019, by letter dated April 11, 2019.
<br />Nahale-a: The motion for approval of this needs to include a finding of good cause to
<br />extend .
<br />Greenwell: I'd like to make a motion of approval for this and Item 7 together, seeing as
<br />the cause is either similar or the same.

<br />Mr. Greenwell moved that subsequent to the letter submitted by
<br />Mid Pac Petroleum, LLC, dba NOMNOM Express (Kaumana), and
<br />dba NOMNOM Express (Honokaa), the commission finds good
<br />cause and approves the request to extend the time issuance of
<br />its Retail General liquor licenses, for an additional six months,
<br />from May 3, 2019, to and including November 5, 2019; seconded
<br />by Mr. Sal ave `a.

<br />requests approval to extend the time issuance of its Retail General
<br />liquor license, located at 45-3533 Mamane Street, Honoka`a, Hawaii,
<br />for an additional six months, from May 3, 2019, to and including
<br />November 5, 2019, by letter dated April 11, 2019.
<br />Nahale-a: To clarify, it's the same Licensee, two separate locations, both asking for
<br />extension of time.
<br />Masuda: It's been moved and seconded for finding of good cause on Items 0 and 7 jointly.
