No. 52: Transmitting the Charter Commission's Report to the Hawaii County Council pursuant to Section 50-8 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes; providing the activities, findings, and recommendations of the Hawaii County Charter Commission; as submitted by Commissioner Adams. REPORTS None REFERRALS FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION None The Charter Commission anticipates convening an executive meeting regarding the above matters, pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4) of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, for the purpose of consulting with the Commission's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission' s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A two-thirds vote of the members present is necessary to hold an executive meeting; provided the affirmative vote constitutes a majority of the members to which the board is entitled, pursuant to Section 92-4 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, and Rule I(d) of the 2018-2020 Hawaii County Charter Commission Rules of Procedure.
