Recommendations <br />The recommendations of the Commission are best transmitted through its <br />proposed amendments. Each amendment is attached separately, with a brief <br />description prior to the text of the proposal as mentioned above. The brief <br />description is not a part of the official Charter amendment. <br />Conclusion <br />The Commission looks forward to completing its obligation to the <br />County. All proposals contained herein are now respectfully submitted to the <br />County Council for its review. A response from the Council with any <br />alternative proposals is anticipated within 30 days after receipt of this report by <br />the Council, in accordance with Hawai`i Revised Statutes, §50-8. <br />4 <br />
