This report contains information regarding the <br />proceedings of the Charter Commission, its activities, and the finalized <br />amendments for submission to the voters of our County. <br />The Commission wishes to thank the Administration and the County Council for its <br />support of the Commission's activities. The Commission also thanks the citizens <br />and organizations of our County for their input into the Charter amendment <br />process.
