Review of the executive session minutes of February 12, 2019. <br />Mr. Goodenow: <br />First matter to finish is approval of the minutes of the executive <br />session of February 12, 2019. May I have a motion to approve? <br />Mr. Robinson: Motion to approve. <br />Mr. Goodenow: May I have a second? <br />Ms. Sumner -Mack: Second. <br />Mr. Goodenow: <br />It's been moved and approved. All those in favor say aye. Any <br />opposed? Okay so motion carries four ayes, one abstention. <br />Thank you. <br />Motion and Vote: Mr. Robinson moved to approve executive session minutes. Ms. <br />Sumner -Mack seconded. Four members voted aye, with one abstention by Mr. Heintz. <br />11:49 a.m. b. Review of Confidential Financial Disclosure Forms filed pursuant to <br />Section 2-91.1(d), Hawaii County Code, by County board and <br />commission members and designated County employees, where <br />personal matters will be reviewed. <br />Mr. Goodenow: <br />Mr. Heintz: <br />Mr. Robinson: <br />Mr. Goodenow: <br />We have reviewed the financial disclosure forms.
