VI. OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT: <br />Deputy Corporation Counsel Ronald Kim to provide comments and/or <br />information relating to legal matters of concern to the Commission. <br />1. Report regarding adding individuals who are not PONC Commissioners to <br />PONC's Ad Hoc Site Visit Committee. <br />VII. CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT: <br />Chairperson Kekaulike Tomich to provide comments and/or information relating <br />to matters of concern to the Commission. <br />VIII. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />1. Review and discuss the 2019 Suggestion Forms received. <br />2. Review and discuss the Ad Hoc Site Visit Reports for Comm. 19-004, 022, 023, <br />024, and 027. <br />3. The "Comprehensive Report" outline for the 2019 Annual Report to the <br />Mayor. <br />4. Approval of retroactive labeling of Suggestion Forms received since January <br />1, 2019. <br />IX. NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. Ad Hoc Site Visit Report from Mr. Warshauer for Comm. 19-025. <br />2. Commission may go into executive session to seek advice from counsel <br />regarding questions and issues pertaining to the board's powers, duties, <br />privileges, immunities, and liabilities <br />X. ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />1. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 9, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. <br />in the Hilo County Building, Council Chambers 25 Aupuni Street, Suite #1401 <br />Hilo, Hawai'i 96720. <br />2. Set agenda for Monday, September 9, 2019. <br />XI. ADJOURNMENT <br />TESTIMONY <br />Those wishing to testify in person must register with the Commission Secretary at least five (5) <br />minutes before the start of each meeting. <br />SUBMITTING TESTIMONY <br />Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring twelve (12) copies for <br />distribution.
