• The third condition was that an annual review shall be conducted by <br />the Department of Liquor Control. <br />Gonzalez: As of June 3, 2019, there have been at least seven special events since April of <br />2018. Those events were as follows: <br />• April 19, 2018, there was a rehearsal dinner party attended by <br />approximately 140 people. Liquor investigators went to the <br />premises and did not observe any violation. They did not receive <br />any complaints of noise or parking. <br />• May 31, 2018, for a private party attended by an estimate of <br />100 people, investigators went to the premises and observed <br />approximately 40 people, and there were no liquor related issues <br />or any issues of complaints related to noise or parking. <br />• June 15, 2018, for a summer brew bash, a music concert, <br />investigators observed approximately 288 people with no liquor <br />violations and no noise or parking complaints. <br />• July 28, 2018, for an album release party, investigators observed <br />approximately 50 people at the premises with no issues for alcohol . <br />or parking or noise. <br />• September 14, 2018, for another release party, cd release party, <br />investigators observed approximately 500 people in attendance <br />with no issues regarding parking, noise or alcohol. <br />• December 15, 2018, for the one year anniversary party of Ola Brew, <br />investigators observed approximately 500 people, and there were <br />no issues relating to alcohol, parking or noise observed. <br />• March 8, 2019, for the International Women's Celebration, <br />investigators observed approximately 450 people, and did not <br />observe any issues relating to alcohol, parking or noise. <br />Nahale-a: Thank you, Mr. Gonzalez. <br />Masuda: For clarification, is the request to remove all three conditions? <br />Breeland: Yes. <br />Takase: Yes. <br />JUNE 6, 2019 - LIQUOR COMMISSION MINUTES 18 <br />
