Nahale-a: It's been moved and seconded. For discussion, I would like to speak in favor of this applicant. I believe they have met all conditions we requested in the last year, and given that there have been no problems at all and they've handled large numbers appropriately, I'd like to speak in favor of removing all conditions. Any other discussion? Takase: Yes, I want to add that this company has done a good job. They've started from nowhere, have become quite viable as not only a Licensee, but their business has grown remarkably well. I would classify them as one of the success stories for business on this island. They've done a good job at promoting themselves, but also being responsible in what they do. I've seen a lot of different entities go there to have events, and I think while it's the newest thing in town, it's also that they do a good job at promoting it and making it a good business. From our standpoint as a department, we're always supportive of those types of businesses and we look to those as types that we would like to have in this community. Nahale-a: Thank you. Anything further? There was no further discussion from the Commissioners. Breeland: May I say one more thing? Nahale-a: Yes. Breeland: I'm happy with those restrictions being lifted. I'm happy to still have a review next year to make sure that everything is okay, and if you would like me to still notify you when events are happening, I'm also happy to do that.
