WHR LLC, dba Grand Naniloa Hotel, A Doubletree by Hilton, <br />pursuant to Rule 4-2-M of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor <br />Commission of the Department of Liquor Control of the County of <br />Hawaii, State of Hawaii, requests approval to extend the time <br />issuance of the Hotel liquor license that includes the parcel known <br />as the Naniloa Golf Course, with the exclusion of the parking lot, <br />for an additional six months from May 3, 2019, to and including <br />November 3, 2019, by letter dated May 3, 2019. <br />Nahale-a: Could I request a motion that includes the Commission finds good cause and <br />approves/denies this request? <br />Salave`a: So move. <br />lbarra: I have a question. <br />Nahale-a: Yes? <br />lbarra: So the good cause is in the letter submitted by Newton Chu; unexpected delays <br />in the completion? <br />Takase: Yes. <br />Nahale-a: Correct.
