The Commission took this item up at 9:02 a.m. with 8 members of the public in attendance. <br />(SEE EXHIBIT A) <br />This item ended at 10:11 a.m. <br />MINUTES — The Commission took this item up at 10:12 a.m. <br />Approval of Minutes of the May 2, 2019 Meeting_— It was moved by Commissioner Au and <br />seconded by Commissioner Raffipiy, that the Minutes of May 2, 2019, be approved as circulated. <br />Motion was unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br />Discussion of recent Special Management Area (SMA) determinations, minor permits <br />and enforcement action issued by the Planning Director. <br />At 10:12 a.m., Mr. Kay stated that the SMA report will be emailed to the Commission. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS — None. <br />ADJOURNMENT — There being no further business, it was moved by Commissioner Replogle <br />and seconded by Commissioner Aguinaldo that the meeting be adjourned. Motion was <br />unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance.
