Yeah—yes, you can go with the Planning Director's Recommendation which will <br />cover everything. <br />HALL: Yeah. <br />CLARKSON: Do we have a motion to that effect? <br />REPLOGLE: I'll make a motion. I move that a favorable recommendation be forwarded to the <br />County Council on the application to amend the conditions of Change of Zone Ordinance <br />No. 07-105 based on the Planning Director's recommendation which shall be adopted. <br />CLARKSON: Is there a second? <br />RAFFIPIY: I second. <br />CLARKSON: Any discussion? Further discussion? <br />AU: Yes, I'd just like to make a comment, Mr. Chair. I think this is a great project for the <br />community, great family. From what I'm hearing, it's going to be a great developer. Just <br />hopefully, you know, you follow through. I like that that CRM wall. You know, you're going <br />out and beyond of what you're required to do.
