I have the pleasure to tell you that the State Harbors <br /> Division is helping the County together with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to <br /> explore this dream. <br /> This has been a long-standing dream for me, and your letter indicates that you <br /> share the same wish to return our Bayfront waters to their pristine state, to allow our <br /> families to safely swim and fish. <br /> We have been very grateful to State Harbors Division, who have agreed that this <br /> plan is feasible.
