This is a great program to set aside land parcels for future residents, but the <br />lands acquired do need to be maintained. If Not for Profit organizations can not recruit sufficient volunteers to maintain <br />these areas, I agree, the land funds can and should be used to pay for personnel that provide maintain tasks as specified <br />in the stewardship proposal for the land parcel. <br />Jim Klyman <br />Keaau <br />1 <br />Comm.
