VOTING ON EXECUTIVE SESSION MATTERS <br />11:39 a.m. a. Review of the executive session minutes of December 12, 2017. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: We are just coming out of executive session and I wonder if we <br />have a motion in regards to the minutes. <br />Mr. Robinson: Madame Chair I make a motion to approve the minutes of the <br />executive board dated December 12, 2017. <br />Mr. Goodenow: Second. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: Any discussion... all in favor say aye ... any opposed ... so that <br />motion is carried. <br />Motion and Vote: Mr. Robinson moved to approve the executive session minutes. Mr. <br />Goodenow seconded the motion. All members voted aye. <br />10:40 a.m. b. Review of Confidential Financial Disclosure Forms filed pursuant to <br />Section 2-91.1(d), I3awai`i County Code, by County board and <br />commission members and designated County employees, where <br />personal matters will be reviewed. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: And that brings us to agenda item 7..... <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: Madame Chair we need to do the confidential financial disclosure <br />first yeah. <br />Ms. Kahakalau: Yes ... we also... okay... during our executive session we also <br />reviewed confidential financial disclosure for six <br />individuals.... four of them got approved and two got returned for <br />further information... and that was 1 and 6... <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: Were returned for further information... <br />Ms. Kahakalau: Returned for further information. <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: Note for the record that number six ... board member Sumner -Mack <br />recused herself from reviewing her own financial disclosure.... <br />32 <br />
