Petition 2019-03: Request for an informal advisory opinion from a County officer or <br />employee to determine whether the County of Hawai'i may accept a donation for the <br />purpose of offsetting travel cost to attend a workshop under Section 2-91.4 of the <br />Hawaii County Code. <br />5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />a. Petition 2019-01: Continued review of draft informal advisory opinion regarding a <br />petition alleging that a Council member was in violation of the Hawaii County Code <br />Section 2-84(a)(1) (Conflicts of Interest), Hawaii County Charter Section 14-3(a) <br />(Disclosure of Interest), when voting on a Bill at the Hawaii County Council <br />Committee on Planning. <br />6. EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />With reference to agenda items listed, one or more executive meetings are anticipated. In <br />particular, the Board of Ethics anticipates it may consider the evaluation, dismissal, or <br />disciplining of an officer or employee of the County of Hawaii, where considerations of <br />
