Briefing by Human Resources Director William V. Brilhante, Jr., concerning <br />the State’s Executive Pay Plan (sets forth a pay schedule for salary increases <br />for the legislative and executive branches). <br /> <br /> <br />E. Briefing by Human Resources Director William V. Brilhante, Jr., concerning <br />salaries and compensation packages of the private sector businesses in <br />Hawaiʻi, which may include economic growth projections and current <br />businesses in operation. <br /> <br /> <br />F. General discussion concerning salary inversions, which may include lump <br />sum payments, payments to the Employee Retirement System (ERS), and <br />calculations/percentages for the next few years regarding anticipated <br />wages/salaries, ERS, and benefits. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />VII.
