BRILHANTE: It depends on the employees <br /> <br />2 <br />hired prior to 2012 -- well, I think for the <br /> <br />3 <br />traditional fringe benefits, the standard answer would <br /> <br />4 <br />be “no.” So, but prior to 2012, there may be some <br /> <br />5 <br />consideration. I don't think we got that clear as to <br /> <br />6 <br />whether or not that one-time lump sum benefit would be <br /> <br />7 <br />included. My understanding is employees hired prior <br /> <br />8 <br />to 2012, the lump sum would be included in the <br /> <br />9 <br />calculation. Employees hired after 2012, it would not <br /> <br />10 <br />be. We got that from the state ERS. <br /> <br />11 <br />So, that's the first two -- UPW, SHOPO, current <br /> <br />12 <br />Contract. We know exactly what we're paying. The <br /> <br />13 <br />third one is HFFA, which are our firefighters. I was <br /> <br />14 <br />absent in the last meeting because we were involved in <br /> <br />15 <br />an arbitration. Impasse was declared. We couldn't <br /> <br />16 <br />reach an agreement with the union regarding the <br /> <br />17 <br />continuation of a contract. They're under a two-year <br /> <br />18 <br />contract which expired at the -- well, it's expiring <br /> <br />19 <br />June 30th of this year -- 2019. So, we did -- we <br /> <br />20 <br />impassed. We couldn't reach a settlement agreement <br /> <br />21 <br />with the union -- so the employers' group, which is <br /> <br />22 <br />comprised of the four county jurisdictions and the <br /> <br />23 <br />State. <br /> <br />24 <br />And we're negotiating with the union.
