That's your -- generally, your <br /> <br />6 <br />white-collar office workers. There are several units <br /> <br />7 <br />-- Units 2, 3, 4, 13, which the County -- you know, we <br /> <br />8 <br />have employees in those units, so unlike in years <br /> <br />9 <br />past, HGEA lists cycle decided that they're going to <br /> <br />10 <br />run the arbitration for all of the units <br /> <br />11 <br />independently. So, they're not going to combine any of <br /> <br />12 <br />the units. So, as it stands right now, it looks like <br /> <br />13 <br />we're going to have five separate arbitrations, you <br /> <br />14 <br />know -- processes going forward. <br /> <br />15 <br />My, you know, my personal opinion is, I don't <br /> <br />16 <br />see where, you know, any -- when, where -- any <br /> <br />17 <br />significant changes to what the other three – now, by <br /> <br />18 <br />the time we go through this arbitration, we should <br /> <br />19 <br />have three other decisions or, you know, contracts in <br /> <br />20 <br />police, fire, SHOPO, and UPW.
