I'd like to have the members of the <br /> <br />5 <br />commission introduce themselves starting with Dr. Dow. <br /> <br />6 <br />MR. DOW: Harold Dow, District 5. <br /> <br />7 <br />MR. FRATINARDO: Thomas Fratinardo, District <br /> <br />8 <br />1, and Vice-Chairman. <br /> <br />9 <br />MR. PAVAO: Milton Pavao. <br /> <br />10 <br />MR. GREENBAUM: Judy Greenbaum, District 9. <br /> <br />12 <br />CHAIR: Thank you all for being here. <br /> <br />13 <br />The purpose of the meeting is pursuant to <br /> <br />14 <br />Section 91-3 of the Hawai ʻ i Revised Statutes. This <br /> <br />15 <br />Salary Commission is holding a public hearing to hear <br /> <br />16 <br />testimony concerning the proposed amendments to the <br /> <br />17 <br />Rules of the Salary Commission, Title III. <br /> <br />18 <br />The Rules of the County of Hawai ʻ i Salary Commission <br /> <br />19 <br />include, but are not limited to the following: <br /> <br />20 <br />Amendments to the rules to reflect changes to the <br /> <br />21 <br />Hawai ʻ i Revised Statutes Chapters 91, 92, and 92(f), <br /> <br />22 <br />and to adopt a new rule to reflect amendments to the <br /> <br />23 <br />Hawai ʻ i County Charter. <br /> <br />24 <br />So, first of all, Scott, from the Kona -- from <br /> <br />25 <br />the Kona Council office, anybody there to testify this <br />ISLAND COURT REPORTING & TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES <br /> <br />(808) 933-9800 <br /> <br />
