Unless there is an <br /> <br />7 <br />agreement to draw them in collectively which, in the <br /> <br />8 <br />past, that's generally been that process. <br /> <br />9 <br />MR. HARANO: This is an expense to the budget, <br /> <br />12 <br />the arbitration process? <br /> <br />13 <br />MR. BRILHANTE: Well, our department is <br /> <br />14 <br />responsible for identifying the expenses associated <br /> <br />15 <br />with the bargaining unit on an annual base, so that <br /> <br />16 <br />comes out of HR budget. And we anticipate and <br /> <br />17 <br />we, kind of, know what's coming down the pipe, and <br /> <br />18 <br />we account for it. <br /> <br />19 <br />MS. GREENBAUM: So, Bill, with that being said, <br /> <br />20 <br />since in the past it was just one arbitration, now <br /> <br />21 <br />there's five. So, are we taking that one and splitting <br /> <br />22 <br />it up five ways or are we increasing the budget so <br /> <br />23 <br />that, you know -- five different arbitrations? <br /> <br />24 <br />MR.
