<br /> <br />Page 25 <br />1 <br />So, when you recruit potential counsel or <br />2 <br />staff members, do they also look at the benefit package <br />3 <br />as well as the salary? Because usually in private <br />4 <br />sector, you look at both. <br />5 <br />MR. KAMELAMELA: Yeah. So, what usually <br />6 <br />happens is that, you know, people know, you know, what <br />7 <br />the salary is, but at the same time, you know, people <br />8 <br />are going to be informed as to what some of the fringes <br />9 <br />are. Because they get medical, and then there's a <br />10 <br />possibility of getting, you know, like sick leave, <br />11 <br />vacation. So, that's all part of the package. And then <br />12 <br />if you retire, then, you know, you have those other <br />13 <br />benefits. And so, the County -- you know, and I know <br />14 <br />that in the past, that's what helped to recruit a lot <br />15 <br />of people to the County. <br />16 <br />MS. GREENBAUM: So, that also helps retain <br />17 <br />them and continue to stay with the County. Is that <br />18 <br />correct? <br />19 <br />MR.
