TRAINING BY CORPORATION COUNSEL ON THE SUNSHINE LAW AND <br />GUIDELINES ON HANDLING APPEALS <br /> <br /> Ms. Mellon-Lacey provided four handouts to the commissioners: printouts of a <br />slides presentation on “Administrative Hearings” and “The Sunshine Law and Ethics,” a <br />summary version of Robert’s Rules of Order, and the Commission’s Rules of Practice and <br />Procedure. She presented a PowerPoint presentation on administrative hearings, and the <br />commissioners then asked questions and discussed the training. <br /> <br />10.
