ADJOURNMENT <br />TESTIMONY <br />Those wishing to testify in person must register with the Commission Secretary at least <br />ten (10) minutes before the start of each meeting. <br />SUBMITTING TESTIMONY <br />Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring twelve (12) copies for <br />distribution. Written testimonies may also be submitted by September 3, 2019 by: (1) mail <br />to Maxine Cutler, County of Hawaii, PONC Commission, 25 Aupuni Street Suite 1101, <br />Hilo, Hawai'i, 96720; or (2) email to ponctestimonyufhawaiicounty.gov; or (3) facsim- <br />ile/fax to: (808) 961-8248. Please submit separate testimony for each agenda item. Writ- <br />ten testimony will be presented to the PONC Commission members as soon as practica- <br />ble. <br />NOTE: If you need an auxiliary, aid/service or to the accommodation due to a <br />disability, contact Maxine Cutler at ponctestimony@hawaiicounty.gov or <br />(808) 961-8069 as soon as possible, preferably before September 3, 2019. If a <br />response is received after September 3, 2019, we will try to obtain the auxiliary <br />aid/service or accommodation, but we cannot guarantee that the request will be ful- <br />filled. <br />NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS <br />If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai'i County Clerk within five days of <br />becoming a lobbyist. (Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii' County Code). A lobbyist <br />means, "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than <br />five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to <br />influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to <br />communicate with public officials."
