Seconded by Mrs. Ford. A call for discussion was made. Motion passed by <br />a vote of 5:0. <br /> <br />CASE #37615 – HUGHES, DANIEL K <br />TMK 6-5-002-058-0000 <br /> <br />Appellant was not present. It was noted for the record that the notice of hearing was delivered on <br />July 13, 2019. <br /> <br />Present for the County was appraiser Derek Fondy. <br /> <br />Property located in Knob Hill, Waimea. <br /> <br />Appeal on land and building values. <br /> <br />County presented their case together with any and all information provided by the appellant. County <br />recommended sustaining the land value at $520,400 and building value at $108,700. A call for <br />questions was made. <br /> <br />Mr. Hughes moved to sustain the County’s values. Seconded by Mr. Harano. A call for <br />discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 5:0. <br /> <br />Case #37752 – WYTHES SURVIVOR’S TRUST <br />TMK 6-2-002-021-0031 <br /> <br />Appellant was not present. It was noted that the appellant did contact the Board Clerk to inform that <br />they would not be attending. <br /> <br />Present for the County was appraiser Matthew Radmilovic. <br /> <br />Property located in the Villas at the Mauna Kea Resort. <br /> <br />Appeal on building value. <br /> <br />County presented their case together with any and all information provided by the appellant. County <br />recommended sustaining the building value at $3,408,200 and land value at $238,700. A call for <br />questions was made. <br /> <br />Mr. Takai moved to sustain the County’s values.
