Mr. Takai moved to reduce the land value to $41,300 with the land class remaining as residential. Seconded by Mr. Hughes. A call for discussion was made. County presented their case together with any and all information provided by the appellant. County recommended sustaining the land value at $489,500. A call for questions was made.
