III. Approval of Addendum and/or Supplemental Agenda (10:01 A.M.) <br />Nahale-a: We have an addendum to this agenda. Pursuant to Section 92-7, Hawaii <br />Revised Statutes, as amended, Items 1 and 2 are the proposed amendments to the <br />agenda and have been determined not to be of reasonably major significance nor do <br />they affect a significant number of persons, and are proposed for placement on the <br />agenda by two-thirds vote of the commission. <br />I. New Business, ADD Item No. 19: <br />19. Italian Restaurant #2, LLC, dba Romano's Macaroni Grill, <br />ratification of Management Agreement, effective July 23, 2019, <br />with RMG Development, a Delaware limited liability company, <br />approved by Director Gerald Takase on July 25, 2019, to its <br />Restaurant General liquor license, category B1, located at <br />the Queen's Marketplace, 09-201 Waikoloa Beach Drive, <br />Suite 1010, Waikoloa, Hawaii. <br />2. New Business, ADD Item No. 20: <br />20.
