The applicant in this original <br />application mailed 22 out of 22 notices within 100 feet, 97 out of 97 notices within 500 <br />feet, and 0 notices to condominium or co-operative owners. There were 55 properties <br />entitled to protest, and again, we did not receive protests to this application. <br />Nahale-a: Thank you. It says Kona commons Shopping Center. <br />Kona Commons is down by Target. <br />Sara: The person that was supposed to be here with me today did not show up. That <br />is the correct floor plan, but I'm not sure why it says Kona Commons. <br />onizuka: Question to the Department, Brandon? Can that be changed because the <br />pictures on the front section, that's Kona coast Shopping center? But the layout that <br />we have is Kona commons. <br />Gonzalez: I know what you're saying, we're verifying all the other exhibits and the site <br />plans in our files. They indicate, like you say, the Kona coast Shopping Center, not the <br />Kona Commons. We'll make the correction to Exhibit 3 in the commission Report. It <br />looks like something that the drafter or designer did. Instead of it being Kona Commons, <br />it should be Kona Coast.
