To be recognized, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning <br />Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the <br />meeting. Comments should be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, subject to the <br />discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee. <br />BUSINESS: <br />1. Draft General Plan Mini Speakout Event: Members of the Long Range Planning Division will <br />provide an overview of the draft General Plan Comprehensive Review through informational <br />boards that highlight various parts of the plan. This event will highlight considerations from <br />the Draft General Plan that are the most relevant issues for the region. <br />Attendees will participate in a mini Speakout workshop to explore key sections of the draft in <br />a similar process to the larger public Speakouts that took place this August. During the <br />workshop portion of the meeting, attending members of the public will have an opportunity <br />for questions, discussion, and providing feedback on the key sections of the draft being <br />presented.
