Total attendance included 7 staff members and approximately 135 public <br />attendees, 45 of which were new landlords and 23 of which were non-English speaking or of limited <br />English proficiency. <br />The OHCO's website has continued to be successful in increasing awareness of housing rights and <br />resources. In PY2O18, there were approximately 1,000 hits to the website for people seeking <br />information. On June 19, 2019, the OHCD launched a dedicated Fair Housing website from the County <br />of Hawaii's main website to further increase awareness and exposure. The OHCD also worked with the <br />County of Hawaii's Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) to become a Kahi Malama ADRC Partner <br />on the website which provides direct access to the County's Fair Housing website from their home <br />page. In addition, the County received 44 phone calls/inquiries, all of which were provided assistance. <br />The County's Fair Housing officer participated in 4 meetings with other Fair Housing officers, which <br />included 3 quarterly meetings and 1 Fair Housing Officer's meeting for respondents. <br />To keep abreast of any changes in Fair Housing and to increase their knowledge, the County Fair Housing <br />Officer attended 2 Fair Housing Training sessions. <br />CAPER <br />OMB Control No: 2506-0117 (exp. 06/30/2018) <br />
