As you may know, the Arborist Advisory Committee <br />(AAC) was still inactive and therefore unable to review your request, at the time of your submittal. <br />The AAC has reviewed your request to nominate the grove of milo trees, referenced above, as <br />Exceptional Trees. We appreciate the time that you put into preparing the background information that <br />accompanied your letter. Please note that the nomination process requires that the following fo s be <br />completed, signed, and submitted to the Planning Department for review by the AAC: <br />1. Exceptional Tree Nomination Form (completed by the nominator) <br />2. Acceptance Form for Exceptional Tree Status (completed and signed by the property owner) <br />Copies of these forms can be obtained from the County of Hawaii Planning Department or downloaded <br />using the links above. <br />Once again, we thank you for taking the time to nominate this grove of trees.
