To be recognized, please fill out a yellow request form and submit it to Planning <br />Department Staff or the Action Committee Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of <br />the meeting. Comments should be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item, <br />subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Community Development Plan (CDP) Action <br />Committee. <br />BUSINESS: <br />1. Draft General Plan Mini Speakout Event: Members of the Long Range Planning Division <br />will provide an overview of the draft General Plan Comprehensive Review through <br />informational boards that highlight various parts of the plan.
