TOMICH calls <br />for a verbal vote, all members present voted aye, motion carried. <br /> <br />V. DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT: <br />CHR. TOMICH: moves to the next item on the agenda, Department of <br />Finance Report and invites MR. VENTURA to the microphone. <br /> <br />MR. VENTURA reports the Conservation Easements for Waikapuna de- <br />layed and final due process is underway with Ala Kahakai Trail Associ- <br />ation. He announces that the Friends for Amy Greenwell got a favora- <br />ble reading from the County council regarding the conservation <br />easement for the acquisition resolution and a contract was presented <br />to them. <br /> <br />VI. OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL REPORT: <br />Being no further questions to Mr. Ventura, CHR. TOMICH: moves to the <br />next item on the agenda, Corporation Counsel Report was given by <br />MR. VENTURA in MR. KIM’S absence. The report addresses if a member <br />of the public can serve on the PONC’s Ad Hoc Site Visit Committee. <br />Simple answer, “No”. <br /> <br />VII. Review and discuss the 2019 Suggestion Forms received. <br /> <br />MR. WARSHAUER discusses Comm. 19-022 and 023 and his observa- <br />tion and research on these suggestions and encourages the com- <br />mission to score these high. <br /> <br />Being no further discussion CHR. TOMICH calls up Mr. Powell for Comm. 19-024. Mr. Powell in- <br />vites the commission to call him for another site visit, but says, <br />“They are unable to access the property.” After which, a summary <br />discussion was held regarding on-going development with im- <br />provements to the drainage with the Board of Water Supply, flood- <br />ing, and permitting on this land.
