Nahale-a: No. 6, Chapter 27, LLC, dba Chapter 27 LLC, pursuant to Rule 4-2-M of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission, requests approval to extend the time issuance of its Cabaret liquor license, for an additional six months, from October 4, 2019, to and including April 4, 2020. Mr. Greenwell moved that pursuant to Rule 4-2-M of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission, the Commission finds good cause and approves the request submitted by Chapter 27 LLC, dba Chapter 27 LLC, to extend the time issuance of its Cabaret liquor license, for an additional six months, from October 4, 2019, to and including April 4, 2020; seconded by Mr. Salave`a. I couldn't really read the handwriting, so any guidance you can offer, the context about, or the origin of the request? Takase: Basically, he says that he has been working with the State tax office. He thought his CPA was taking care of it, but found out that they weren't doing anything. He's hired a new CPA who's trying to get him out of this mess and get everything straightened out. Hopefully, he will have everything done in several weeks from now.
