Motion and Vote: <br />on petition 2019-03. <br />Mr. Robinson: <br />Mr. Heintz: <br />Mr. Robinson: <br />Ms. Sumner -Mack moved to approve the informal advisory opinion <br />Mr. Heintz seconded the motion. All members present voted aye. <br />If there's no further items for the regular agenda, we would need to <br />go into executive session to review confidential financial <br />disclosure forms. So is there a motion for executive session? <br />I so moved. <br />Is there a second? <br />Ms. Sumner -Mack: I second. <br />Mr. Robinson: All those in favor say aye. Thank you. <br />Motion and Vote: Mr. Heintz moved to go into executive session. Ms. Sumner -Mack <br />seconded the motion. All members present voted aye. <br />10:10 a.m. The Board moved into executive session. <br />* * * * <br />10:26 a.m. The Board returned into regular session. <br />6. VOTING ON EXECUTIVE SESSION MATTERS (10:26 a.m.) <br />a. <br />Review of the executive session minutes of August 14, 2019. <br />Mr. Robinson: Now is there a motion to approve the minutes of the executive <br />session from August 14? <br />Ms. Sumner -Mack: I move that we approve the minutes of the executive session for <br />August 14th <br />Mr. Heintz: I second. <br />Mr. Robinson: <br />Okay it's been moved and seconded and we approve the minutes <br />of the meeting. All those in favor say aye. Contrary minded okay. <br />Motion and Vote: Ms. Sumner -Mack moved to approve executive session minutes. Mr. <br />Heintz seconded the motion. All members present voted aye. <br />b. Review of Confidential Financial Disclosure Forms filed pursuant to <br />Section 2-91.1(d), Hawaii County Code, by County board and commission <br />members and designated County employees, where personal matters will be <br />reviewed. <br />6 <br />
