With discretion of the Chair of the CDP Action Committee, comments may be made <br />either during the public comment portion of the agenda or during the relevant business item, and <br />may be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item. For our records, please fill out a <br />yellow request form and submit it to Planning Department Staff or the Action Committee <br />Chairperson prior to the Public Comment portion of the meeting. <br />BUSINESS: <br />1. Draft General Plan Mini Speakout Event: Draft General Plan Mini Speakout Event: Members <br />of the Long Range Planning Division will provide an overview of the draft General Plan <br />Comprehensive Review through informational boards that highlight various parts of the <br />plan. This event will highlight considerations from the Draft General Plan that are the most <br />relevant issues for the region. <br />Attendees will participate in a mini Speakout workshop to explore key sections of the draft <br />in a similar process to the larger public Speakouts that took place this August. During the <br />workshop portion of the meeting, attending members of the public will have an opportunity <br />for questions, discussion, and providing feedback on the key sections of the draft being <br />presented.
