Dora Beck <br />et al., Civil No. 18-1-00206, discussion of the Pāhala land Nāālehu projects ʻ <br />will be limited). <br /> <br />(2) Status of the Kealakehe Wastewater Treatment Plant R-1 Upgrade Project. <br /> <br />(3) Update on changes to the 2-Bin Recycling Program. <br /> <br />7.
