Counsel <br />EXCUSED <br />Lee -Ann Heely, Vice Chair <br />Jewel Castro, Treasurer <br />Debra Ebreo, Recording Secretary <br />Kami Bolster <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mihaela motioned to approve agenda. Mele seconded. Motion passed. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (March 13, 2019) <br />• Add Kami Bolster as present. <br />• Correct spelling of Diana's name from Diane to Diana. <br />• On page 2, item C, add Sako as last name for Deanna. <br />• Mele motioned to approve meeting minutes of March 13, 2019 with <br />above amendments. Mihaela seconded. Motion passed. <br />V. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />A. March financials — no information received from Jewel. <br />VI. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC — None <br />VII. CORRESPONDENCE <br />• A letter dated March 31, 2019 was received from the NACW <br />acknowledging receipt of Hawaii County CSW's membership. Mele <br />made this payment and will get reimbursed from Hawaii County CSW, <br />then the State CSW will reimburse Hawaii County CSW. <br />ACTION ITEM: Mele will follow-up with Lisa and Laney about reimbursements. <br />Hawai'i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
