CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Farrah -Marie Gomes called the meeting to order at 9:38am <br />II. Motioned carried. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES (August 21, 2019) <br />Mihaela motioned to approved the minutes, Mele seconded. Page 4, under para- <br />graph `Adjournment', specify `no video conference available in the month of Septem- <br />ber'. Motion carried to approve the minutes with above changes. <br />V. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />A. August financials <br />Change from prior month is $95 for mileage. Expenditure detailed report and remain- <br />ing budget presented by Andrew. Farrah - this year when we make the changes we <br />will make changes in the detailed report. We must specify a date when a change is <br />made to the budget. <br />Mele moved to approve treasurer's report, Brooke seconded. Motion carried. <br />Action items: 1) move this item (B) to the end of the agenda; 2) create 2020-2021 budget <br />VI. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />None <br />VII.
