Action Item: Add NACW item as agenda item for next meeting. <br />G. Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against <br />Women (CEDAW) <br />• Farrah provided update that it continues to be worked on by <br />Councilwoman Poindexter's office. <br />H. Urgent Services Directory <br />• Farrah announced that the new inventory is in. <br />• Lee -Ann reported that 50 distributed at Council, 100 distributed to <br />Parks and Rec, 100 distributed to Office of Aging. <br />Action: Mele to send a digital copy of the Urgent Services Directory to <br />YWCA to load onto website. <br />X. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Calendar of Events <br />• Table until August 2016 meeting. <br />B. By -Laws <br />• By laws will remain on agenda for August 2016 meetings. <br />Action: Farrah will check on costs to edit bylaws and perhaps if changes <br />are not as substantive; the request to change may take less space. <br />C. Operational Guidelines <br />• Table for future CSW meeting. <br />D. Support for CSW <br />• Table for next meeting in August 2016. <br />XI. ANNOUNCEMENTS (relating to CSW) <br />A. Next Meeting <br />• Tuesday August 9, 2016 at 9:30am via video conference. <br />• We are switching to video -conference in August 2016 due, which <br />enables Chair Gomes to be present. <br />• Cyd left two flyers to be distributed and Farrah will email to CSW <br />members.
