If foundations are precast, manufacturer and materials suppliers shall be in compliance with the most current edition <br />of the Hawaii Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Public Works Construction and where applicable the National <br />Precast Concrete Association. <br />2. 3,000 psi 28—day compression strength concrete shall be used. <br />3. Each foundation shall not be handled or transported until at least 80% of the 28—day concrete compression strength <br />has been reached. <br />4. Each foundation shall not be installed until the 28—day concrete compression strength has been achieved. <br />5. CLSM or equivalent shall be used to backfill around each foundation (cast—in—place or precast). <br />6.
