14-55.1 HAWAII COUNTY CODE <br />Section 14-55.1. Penalty. <br />Any person violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be <br />punished by a fine not to exceed $500. Such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate <br />offense for each and every day any violation of this article is committed. Furthermore, <br />payment of such a fine shall not relieve the individual from the responsibility of <br />correcting the violative condition, nor shall it preclude the County from instituting any <br />action for its removal. <br />(1988, ord 88-122, sec 3.) <br />SUPP.1 (1-2017) 14-26 <br />
