MEDINA: Aloha. <br />10 <br />CHAIR: I got a note from Milton saying he <br />11 <br />wouldn't be able to attend today, so he won't be with <br />12 <br />us. <br />13 <br />After that, first thing is I would like to <br />14 <br />seek approval and/or comments on the minutes of May <br />15 <br />16th; and if there are no comments, I would accept a <br />16 <br />motion to approve them. <br />17 <br />MR. FRATINARDO: I make a motion to approve. <br />18 <br />MR.
