CONSIDERATION OF COMPLAINTS <br />Complaint HCFC 19-01: Complaint received by the commission's office on <br />10/15/19 for an alleged misconduct incident dated 2/8/18. Pursuant to <br />Commission Rule 8, complaints must be received by the commission not more <br />than 60 days from the date of the incident. A request for consideration for an <br />exception to this rule must be in writing with explanation for the delay. <br />Commission to consider complainant's request for an "exemption to the 60 -day <br />rule." <br />Complaint HCFC 19-02: Complaint received by the commission's office on <br />10/15/19 for an alleged misconduct incident dated 6/26/18. EXECUTIVE SESSION (Closed to the public.) <br />The commission anticipates meeting in executive session to work on the Fire <br />Chief's annual evaluation and may consult with Corporation Counsel on questions <br />and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, <br />and liabilities pursuant to HRS 92-5 (a) (2), (4), 6 and the Hawaii County Charter <br />Section 13-20 (b). <br />• Work on Fire Chief Darren Rosario's Annual Evaluation <br />5.
