Action item: Add FVIC meetings to CSW agenda for next three months. <br />VIII. REPORTS <br />A. HSCSW liaison report <br />None <br />B. Walk a Mile in Her Shoes <br />Andrew participated in the event and walked a mile in high heels. Farrah walked <br />in support with Andrew. CSW raised $270, which were donated to the YWCA of <br />Hawaii Island. CSW plans to participate every year to this event. <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Teen Dating Violence <br />• Update - Office Max can print 5,000 cards for $175. <br />• Project Rationale <br />Mele emailed project rationale and card samples to the subcommittee. <br />Brooke motioned to approve the project rationale for teen dating violence, <br />which includes a budget of no more than $250. Mele seconded. Motion car- <br />ried. <br />Action item: 1) Mele to send the rationale and card samples to Farrah to forward to Lisa. <br />2) Mele will draft a paragraph to be included in the YWCA web material. <br />B. Real Women Essay Contest <br />• Vote on article for 2019 event - delayed to next month. <br />• Update on status: no new information, still in the open period of collecting <br />entries. By end of December will have quote information ready to send to <br />Lisa. <br />C. Hawaii Island Women's Leadership Forum <br />• Update on Status - none <br />D. CSW Brochure <br />• Update on status: brochures picked up. There were questions about the <br />quality of paper. Quote request was for glossy paper. <br />Action item: Farrah will follow up with Lisa and ask about the glossy printing paper. <br />E. Family Services Directory <br />• Tracking log — update on distribution <br />Action item: Need to determine how many copies are still available. <br />F.
