If you are interested in applying for the programs, contact the OHCD, <br />Existing Housing Division at (808) 959-4642 or by email at sec8info@hawaiicounty.gov. <br />2) Home Repair Loan Programs: Provides low cost loans to benefit low-and moderate-income homeowners <br />to repair the dwelling unit that they occupy as their primary residence. Applicant must be owner/occupant <br />for at least one year prior to filing a loan application for proposed repairs to the dwelling. A Home Repair <br />Loan Program is also made available for those who live on Hawaiian Homes Land.
