Project planning, brochures and printed materials are available at no charge. <br /> <br />SERVICES OFFERED: <br />The Hawai‘i Fall Prevention Consortium provides organizations, professionals, caregivers, advocates and <br />interested individuals who work with (or provide services to) older adults the opportunity to network, share <br />information, collaborate on projects, and promote and advocate for evidence-based practices in fall <br />prevention in order to reduce the incidence and severity of fall injuries in our aging population.
