And as the Board is aware, I <br />11 <br />filed three separate motions to dismiss in this case <br />12 <br />and, basically, trying to show the Board that <br />13 <br />Mr. Keopuhiwa has, in fact, pursued this matter in the <br />14 <br />collective bargaining agreement arena. So, based on <br />15 <br />Hawai ʻ i law and statutory authority, I have nothing <br />16 <br />actually, further to add other than what I have <br />17 <br />submitted in my motion as well as my reply to <br />18 <br />Mr. Keopuhiwa's opposition. <br />19 <br />CHAIR: Thank you, Mr. Mukai. <br />20 <br />Mr. Keopuhiwa? <br />21 <br />MR.
