Merit Appeals Board September 19, 2018 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />th <br />CHR. NAHUINA: September 19, 2018, at 10 o’clock, and I call to order the Merit Appeals <br />Board. And let’s take a look at our agenda here. <br /> <br />Addendum to the Agenda (Item 2) <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Statements from the Public (Item 3) <br /> <br />CHR. NAHUINA: Any “Statements from the Public?” No one is here at this time, so there’ll be <br />no statements. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes (Item 4) <br /> <br />February 15, 2018; February 21, 2018; March 29, 2018, and May 9, 2018. <br /> <br />CHR. NAHUINA: We have approval of the minutes and I know that went out. First, let’s take a <br />th <br />look at February 15. I know we’ve all had a chance to look at them. <br /> <br />Do we need to—well, we should take them all individually. Can I hear a motion to approve the <br />th <br />minutes of February 15? <br /> <br />th <br />MS. NAMAHOE: I make a motion that we approve the minutes of February 15. <br /> <br />MR. CHILLINGWORTH: Second. <br /> <br />CHR. NAHUINA: It’s been moved and seconded. All those in favor say, “aye.” All those go <br />against? <br /> <br />AYES: Board Members Chillingworth, Namahoe, Tam, and Chair Nahuina – 4. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />EXCUSED: None. <br /> <br />st <br />CHR. NAHUINA: Same sign—ayes have it. It is passed—approved. Looking at February 21. <br /> <br />st <br />MR. CHILLINGWORTH: Move to approve the minutes of February 21. <br /> <br />MR.
